Designed for high-speed unwinding with cable reel payoff of large cable reels (Ø500-1000mm, Ø56-130mm bore) in continuous production lines. This robust pay-off stand is optimized for thick cables/conductor wires up to Ø15mm diameter requiring precise tension control during processing. Ideal for industrial cable manufacturing where minimal downtime is critical.

Shaftless dual-station with pneumatic chucking (twin cylinders, 350-400mm stroke) for quick reel changes. Precision tension via 10kg magnetic particle brake + controller.
